Nothing but positive things to say. Did a zoom call and it was straightforward, he was one of the few doctors who actually listened to me. He knew what was wrong with me instantly but still listened. He was perfectly fine with me going to another doctor closer to me, no scam artist would send me to a different doctor. But explained everything in detail, the next steps and the recourse. Saw him in person after the zoom and same positive experience. Very quick office visit. Had all my information saved professionally so he didn't have to ask for it again. Despite knowing what my issue was he did 5 different tests to confirm the degree of my vision issue. He was patient while I confirmed the measurements. Then after he had a test prescription for my double vision issue he listened and tailored it to me. Then because I drove all the way from northern California they were able to make glasses same day. Which is wonderful but varies based on prescription and mine was relatively simple. They made it very clear that's not always the case. He could've upsold me on several things. As someone with double vision for 2 years I was desperate and made it clear I'll buy whatever I need. 2 pairs 3 pairs whatever speciality items but he said that wasn't necessary for my problem. FYI my issue was a horizontal and vertical eye misalignment if that helps. Many doctors don't check for vertical.
