The office was very professional with a warm and welcoming environment. The selection of frames and options were great. Had my new glasses in 10 days and they fit perfectly. Thanks to all the staff and doctor for a fantastic experience.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr McCullen is easy-going, patient focused, thorough, and truly cares about his patients. He listens to your concerns, tries to alleviate fears, and explains things in terms you can understand. His entire focus is making sure your visual needs are taken care of. His end goal is for you to leave feeling happy with your visual choices. I have only had one other optometrist who is as patient focused as Dr. McCullen is.

This was my first time there. All the ladies were very welcoming and helpful! The doctor was knowledgeable, took me through the tests results, and real with me. They had a good selection of glasses, and my insurance covered a lot. Overall I would 100% recommend. One last thing was the appearance…it was super clean and to me that’s a huge deal.

Optometrist is great. His assistants are great as well: patient and kind. Possibly more cost effective frame options in larger cities, but none closer than 1.5 hours away, MINIMUM! Highly recommend for those in Southeastern Iowa!!! GOOD selection of frame options. Most vision insurance (including 2 different insurers, in my case, when my employer switched plan providers) accepted & willing to work with you, if you need to split payment between a couple paychecks! HIGHLY RECCOMEND! 🫶🤓

I'm Cody with cerebral palsy and I have been there for the last three years but yesterday I tried to make a appointment with them, they told me that they weren't handicap accessible but I know that they are handicap accessible. I feel like they are discriminating against people with disabilities. No place else will take my health insurance so I'm screwed and they won't do two appointments back to back in which they have done for the last three years with my caregiver and me.
