Dr. Moreland in Ottumwa is the best! He is friendly, and thorough. I feel confident that I received knowledgable and good care. His team went above and beyond to get me a "sample" bottle of a very expensive after surgery eye drop. Maybe it was the time of day, but checking out was a tedious long line. Also, the billing department was very courteous and helpful but it has taken 3 months to straighten out my bill.

Staff is friendly. Dr. Moreland is excellent...shows great care, keeps his patients informed as the exam progresses. Very knowledgeable and very considerate. In short, he's very hard to beat!!! I highly recommend him!!!!
