I had an amazing experience with my eye doctor. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The doctor took the time to explain everything during my exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated the patience and genuine care they showed throughout the entire visit. I also recently got my new progressive lenses, and I couldn’t be happier with them. The vision is clear and comfortable, and they were fitted perfectly. It has made such a difference in my daily life. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor.

They are thieves. I purchased 4 boxes of contacts lenses. They charged me a total of 307.96.I called them about returning 2 boxes. They said they would be happy to give me a refund. I brought them back after I finally received them by mail. They only offered me a 64.00 dollar refund. I just paid over 300.00 for four boxes and they would only give me 64.00 back for the two boxes I returned.There saying there contacts are only 32.00 $ a box? That would also mean that it cost me over 700.00$ just for the eye exam and contact fitting. Between what the insurance paid and what I paid.A total of 828.96.

I have been with Vonnahme almost since the day they opened. They are AMAZING! I have had everything from routine appointments to emergency appointments and they have always been accommodating. The staff is second to none! Recently I had some issues with a prescription pair of glasses that needed parts from the manufacturer. They promptly called order the parts and with a recent storm those parts were delayed. They took it upon themselves to stay on top of the company And the shipping status and relayed that information to me. It’s small things like that that make a world a difference. If you’re looking for great Eye Care as well as great service and friendly people, Vonnahme Eye Care is your place.

This place will try to get every penny out of you. There’s a $50 “scan” that insurance won’t cover and is OPTIONAL, but they don’t tell you that part. My daughter was smart enough to read the paper and ask if she needed to do it and only then did they say she didn’t have to. After the appointment, she noticed her contacts felt pretty off but figured it was some dryness. That “dryness” didn’t go away so she ended up wearing her glasses for a bit before then trying a new pair of contacts. She says eventually she realized the left contact was blurry and the wrong prescription and that’s what had felt so off, and after calling and explaining, the only option was to pay for a whole new appointment although the mistake was clearly on their end. Even if we were to pay for the new appointment, they wouldn’t exchange the contacts and new ones would have to be bought because she used one pair out of the entire box. Should’ve listened to the reviews. If you want to drain your pockets and get the wrong prescription then this place might be perfect for you.

Super friendly staff and quality care. The only doctor’s office I look forward to visiting!
