This is our 2nd year with Rosin. Dr. Gula was kind and patient with my teen son. It was his first time trying contacts. Michelle gave excellent instruction with the contacts. She also worked with our insurance to get the best price available. It was such a smooth process from check-in to check-out! Highly recommend Rosin Eye Care. 10/10 👀🏆
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jennifer Gula and Michelle during my recent visit. Dr. Gula was incredibly personable, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions and concerns, and never made me feel rushed. Her attention to detail and thoroughness throughout the exam gave me a lot of confidence in my eye care. It’s clear that she is dedicated to her patients and genuinely cares about providing the best possible experience. Michelle was equally wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selecting glasses and explaining the different lens options and their benefits. She made the process easy to understand and helped me find the best choice for my needs without any pressure. Overall, the entire experience was professional, welcoming, and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Gula and her team to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and customer service.
Dr. Gula has been our eye doctor for several years and we are so happy with the care we receive from her and the office staff. So much so that we followed her to the Tinley Park office when she transferred locations from La Grange. Dr. Gula is thorough in her exams, genuinely concerned about her patients and a very caring/friendly doctor. The staff is equally professional, super friendly, and diligent with patients to ensure they receive great follow-through after their appointment with Dr. Gula. The entire staff at this location was very friendly, professional, and made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Jennifer was wonderful—she was polite, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She took her time to properly correct my vision. I really appreciated her attention to detail and care. I look forward to returning to this location!
I drive 17 miles to see Dr Gula because she and her staff are generous with their time and very professional! Dr Gula always explains in detail the health status of my eyes and works hard to assure that I receive the most accurate prescriptions for my glasses and contacts!
