Appointment time was on schedule, met with Dr. Scalise, she was very informative and talked to me and listened. The entire staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. A family run business that genuinely cared about their patients! I highly recommend and encourage you to check out this office!!
I accidentally wrote the wrong time on my calendar and ended up being 30 minutes. My husband had just passed away 3 weeks prior and my head was not about me. Thankfully, the patient after me came in early and was already done so, Dr Scalise agreed to do my exam even though I was late. The staff was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Scalise is an excellent clinician and communicator.
Excellent office from the scheduling process/insurance, check in process, doctor and staff for picking out your glasses. Great customer services. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable. H This was my 1st visit with this practice Highly recommend!
Absolutely love going to WADAS. Every time I go, they take their time with me and make sure I have the perfect prescription. They also are great with assisting me in picking out glasses too. Everyone is so friendly and there always is a good atmosphere. I recommend everyone to go to WADAS in Barneveld.
Dr is amazing! Older front office person needs an attitude adjustment. After the receptionist confirmed the insurance etc... the other woman rudely told me that we were very early, 20 min. Then I asked for a simple document showing the appointment for the day (fmla), gave me a return to work/school form for my 84 yo mother (her appointment). When I questioned her, she was very rude and stated that this is the notice that the office gives. I thought that it was just me, but she barked at the two patients that checked in after us. We all have bad days......
