I really can't get my medications on time. Whenever I go into the store. for questions, the pharmacy or the cashiers or management don't have an answer. They should know these things already to help the customers. But instead, pharmacy says that the front register or management should answer the questions for me. And then management says that the pharmacist should answer the questions for me. Who's to unlock the medications on the aisles, pharmacy, or someone from the front counter of the store because this Walgreens doesn't have the answer. Could somebody please tell them and explain FSA eligibility and FSA OTC eligibility, because no one in the store knows the difference. They have these wonderful customer service buttons on each aisle that you're supposed to push for assistance. But nobody comes so you have to go get them and tell them that you push the button for assistance.

As a provider, I am horrified by the pharmacy customer service. I called in prescription (and spoke to the pharmacist directly) at 110pm. My patient called at 4pm stating they didn't have it. After 15 minutes on hold I was able to confirm with the "new pharmacist" that they didn't have any record of it. I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager who then offered me the option of telling her the prescription rather than "waste my time" complaining. You deserve better healthcare, go elsewhere.
This Walgreens is terrible. My meds are never ready on time. They also mess all 3 and 6 month refill and has to call my doctor all the time. The pharmacy technicians are always rude and not caring about the customers medication regimen. Do not use this pharmacy because they will screw your medication up. I have even had the wrong medication in a bottle that said it was mine. Thank goodness I check the pills before putting them in my weekly pill storage. Please check your meds before you take them.
Shaciah needs to be promoted to store manager if she's not already one. Gave me the best customer service I've EVER received from this location.
The number of one star reviews on this store is 100% deserved. Absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever attempted to do business with. Complete lack of communication. Cancel orders without communication. Simply will NOT answer the phone. It took 10+ attempts of sitting on hold 15-20 minutes before someone finally picked up the receiver and put it right back down to hang up on me. This store was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I have had average-to-poor service from this company for a couple of years now. Continued to use them because they are conveniently located in my small town. Never again! If you have ANY other options, definitely go there.
