During my recent visit to Walmart, I had a wonderful experience thanks to a delightful lady working in the Money Service department. She truly stood out with her joyful and pleasant manner when assisting me with the purchase of a book of stamps. Her friendly attitude made the transaction smooth and enjoyable, adding a special touch to my visit. It’s always great to encounter such genuine and helpful staff members—she definitely made my day brighter!

So happy I can share my bubbly happiness today- I went in Walmart to purchase a storage cabinet. The customer service of Dionisio was remarkable! This diplomatic gentleman assisted me with great diplomacy , courtesy and professionalism. He took my item and assisted me making space in my vehicle. I am a teacher for Special Needs and my car is full of crafts and everything :0…NOW THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He deserves a promotion. Awesomeness 👌🏽

Walmart being low price orientated... Showed up tire installation appt. After an hour, tech brought me in to say and show me I had ordered the wrong tires... except, they were the correct tires as I had to show him the door placard to prove. Next I was told I had the wrong rims... as the original tire and rim are mounted on the back of my jeep, that was dismissed... So, right tires, right rims.... Solution: put my original tires back on and refund me. I asked for a manager. Manager walks over and mounts one tire to the rim. No problem. No explanation, not even a smile. Price 1st, customer experience last?

Store 1349 Walmart at University Dr Sunrise We are encouraged to buy Walmart bags to save plastic one cashier refuses to use saying she does not know how to organize the merchandise in the blue bags this is the second time we dealt with her this time I refused to pack my own bag we only had six items that were not even big. Does wal-mart have training for those who do not know how to pack those blue bags? This was at the wal-mart on university drive Sunrise FL store 1349. I hope the manager is reading this
