Walmart Vision Center

I recently got my glasses from the Walmart Vision Care Center and had such a great experience. The staff was absolutely lovely from start to finish. It’s very easy to schedule appointments, and the eye doctor was kind, patient, and thorough. The team in the sales area was especially welcoming and made sure I understood everything about my options, pricing, and lenses. They took the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed. I later brought my brother in, and when they realized how strong his prescription was, they kindly put a rush on his order. His glasses arrived in just two days, which we really appreciated. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend this location!

I have now used the optometrist and retail for my glasses 3 years in a row. The team is always great and helpful. I have had to return for repair a couple of times and the team went above and beyond every time. Great service and I highly recommend.

I have been going here for over 10 years I think now! Dr. Bacchus is AMAZING. She is the best eye doctor I've ever had. She is so professional, timely, and KIND. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She makes you feel calm and at ease. During the test, she is very generous with her time and patient when you want to see a slide more than a couple times. Her voice is so sweet and soothing. She knows her stuff and I really enjoy going to her! Seriously cannot recommend Dr. Bacchus enough!

Brandon assisted me today and he was great! We was very attentive and make sure everything was taken care of. He made great conversation and overall made me feel comfortable as a customer! I appreciate as well that he took the time to break down the costs, the insurance break down which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back for my vision needs! Lindsey is absolutely FABULOUS! She helped me & hubby last year with ordering & then fitted for glasses & sunglasses for us both that included all the options available for glasses. She was very knowledgeable, professional, patient with us “older folks”, a has a very friendly and positive attitude! Two weeks ago I ordered two more pairs of rimless glasses. I was so happy to work with Lindsey again! I was in customer service for 30 years and I can tell you that you have a great asset having her on your team. She deserves a big raise!
