Walmart Vision Center

So helpful! I came in with random redness in my eye they squeezed me in and prioritized me and got me on the right path with a prescription highly recommend. Very intelligent and friendly staff

I visited this location on Friday the 13th around 6:30 PM. I brought my glasses in for assistance, and after they were handled, the rubber temple tip was left loose and out of place. It had never been like that before. It felt like the issue was exaggerated in a way that made it seem like I needed to replace the frame, which was not actually necessary. I would have appreciated more care when handling my glasses and more transparency about the condition of the frame.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If excellence had a vision plan, this would be it. I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center in Pompano Beach, Florida, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The doctor who examined my eyes was excellent… thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Top-tier care. Now let me talk about customer service, because Lita deserves her own standing ovation. Lita was phenomenal. Patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She helped me select my glasses, explained options without rushing me, and made sure I was completely satisfied. This wasn’t just “doing the job”… this was pride in service. Great doctor. Exceptional customer service. A team that clearly cares about people, not just prescriptions. If you’re looking for eye care and glasses in Pompano Beach, do yourself a favor and come here. Ask for Lita… your eyes will thank you 👓✨

My husband and I had the eye exam and we both got reading glasses and sunglasses at this location. I have to say that it was an excellent experience from the beginning to the end. Everybody was nice and professional throughout the whole process. We love the glasses. Not only they are affordable, but they are also beautiful. I also called their office a few days after I picked up my glasses, they were very customer service oriented, trying to help me with anything I needed.

I don't like to do much of anything at Walmart stores, and avoid them when I can. They tend to be dirty and crime ridden, with shoplifting being brazenly done right in front of you without any consequences but a verbal warning, and homeless/mentally ill people roaming the parking lots. But the reviews for this vision center were so good that I thought I'd give it a try. My experience here was excellent. Lauren was professional, personable, and charming. I recommend this place for your vision needs.
