Absolutely the worst service. A unique combination arrogance and laziness. The two fat old ladies just sat there pretending I wasn't standing outside the barrier. When I finally got service they would not honor their own warranty. I've spent $600 there in the last few months and truly regret it.

Called 15 minutes before 2pm while i was on my lunch break to find out when my last appointment was. Jeanette(however you spell it) answered the phone a d said she had to put me on hold that she was with another someone else. So i say thats fine and she puts me on hold. 30 MINUTES LATER and I'm still on hold. I'm assuming everyone clocked out and left for the day and left me on hold. This is NOT good customer service. So glad I'm switching to another eye doctors office.

The two lady's in office 2/15/23 were great..Great customer service..It was because of thier attitude and knowledge and just good people that I bought new frames for my glasses.. Thank you so much ! Michael Brayman
