I recently visited this location after 6 years and have been thoroughly impressed with the store's recent changes. Anisha M., has superb customer service and was so pleasant. She answered all of my questions, especially regarding insurance and what my coverage included for my new specs. Additionally, the process was relatively quick and I was out of there in no time! I also saved some money, which is always good! I will be back to this location! Thanks to Anisha!

09/22/25 I went to get some new glasses. The young lady was very nice and helpful. Wonderful service she deserves 10 star.

Two weeks ago was scheduled for a 1:30 appointment today for an eye exam. Showed up on time and was told I would have to "wait my turn" as there were numerous "walk-ins" ahead of me. Of course, no one then explained to me the value of scheduling an appointment. I will always now go elsewhere to get seen for an eye exam. Always and forever.

Called and she said she was going on break at 3 and would return at 4, and then didn't show up
