I walked in to the vision center and was greeted with professionalism. I failed to get her (the employee’s) name but she was extremely helpful with adjusting my eyeglasses and they have never felt better. This happened on Friday, April 3, 2026.
I believe the optometrist Moore was very impatient with my 4-year-old daughter. I honestly do not recommend this vision center for bringing your children.
Got my lenses for my frames March 25. By beginning of June the lenses had a cloudiness that would not come off. I brought them in and was told it’s from the sun. Well I don’t wear them in the sun ever, they are for reading and computer & etc. I was told it would be 170 to purchase new lenses and she would have a supervisor contact me. No one has reached out. LESSON learned will NEVER go back again.
We went here because they had relatively good reviews, my husband's experience was not good. He received new lenses for his glasses and quickly learned the new prescription was not right. In fact he could now see better without glasses than with them. We have it a few days to be sure and then called them. They said bring them back, which we did. The person looked up his OLD prescription and said this one was considerably weaker - makes no sense. So she set up a re-examination for the first available appointment, 4 days later. We showed up right on time, only to be told we had no appointment and the doctor was completely booked! The next week we were going out of town so this now meant we had to wait 10 days for a new appointment. On the next appointment, he says the doctor was in a big hurry, not giving him adequate time to "compare" the pictures they flash up asking which is more clear. She said his exam this time showed different results as the one 3 weeks ago and wrote a new prescription, but rather rudely said his answers were "inconsistent " and that if the new one doesn't work, he should consult an ophthalmologist about cataracts. Now almost a month with glasses he can't see out of, we are waiting, again, for new lenses. We will NEVER use this location again.
