I had a great experience at Terrezza Optical in Fairhope. There was ample parking, entry was easy. Amber, the office manager at the front desk, was very polite and friendly. She was helpful with our insurance uncertainties and got us checked in. She had the front desk area decorated for the summer! So cute! The office was clean and bright with lots of chairs. I think there was even a coffee pot. Celeste performed my initial tests and she was kind and thorough and used very modern, up-to-date equipment. Dr. Montgomery handled the final portion of my exam. She was very approachable and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable and answered some old questions I'd had for a long time, but had been intimidated to ask other doctors. I wear glasses and contacts and had my prescription checked for both of those. I could see very well. I was provided with sample contacts in a neat, clean area where I could wash up before touching my eyes. Pricing was very fair. Overall, we had a very positive experience. My husband and I both had our eyes checked and, afterward, we discussed that we will be moving our records to this office and recommending our family come as well. This is no small feat since we live over an hour away. I feel the drive is definitely worth it. I like the fact that there are multiple locations and that Terrazza has been taking good care of eyes since I was a kid... way back in the 1990s. LOL
