I went to Walmart Vision Center at Hwy. 65 North in Conway AR & was greeted by "Tom." He went over my Vision insurance to see what I qualified for, & then he helped me select the perfect pair of glasses for me. He was very kind, pleasant & professional. I would highly recommend going to see him to help pick out your next pair of glasses!! Cheers to Tom!!😊
All employees in the Vision Center Store 00005 on Hwy 65 North, Conway, AR have been so accommodating, helpful, friendly, & so professional!!! This was first time ever using them to fill my children's glasses prescriptions. They explained things very well and made sure we were well taken care of. The manager James Park Jr runs an exceptional team as well as being just as friendly & professional himself!!! I highly recommend this vision center!!!
The doctor here is probably the most amazing doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have a daughter with down Syndrome and the doctor here did everything in her power to help my daughter. I mean, she really went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this place enough! What a wonderful experience.
I had heard decent things about utilizing the Vision Center, but upon calling this evening to make an initial appointment, I was met with an associate who answered the phone and my questions very rudely. Good enough for me to recognize that, perhaps, I’ll best be served elsewhere. I tried, but oh well!
James & Austin and the rest of the group are the greatest. Dr. Van was great ! I have been to the same eye Dr for years, and my experience here is the greatest of all of my experiences without a doubt. They definitely care, which is hard to find, now days. I have definitely been overcharged for my frames and eye care for years. Please use Austin and James for your next glasses, I'm sure you will be happy!
