I love Walmart’s glasses selection! I’ve been going there off and on for years. The staff are wonderful. Angela/Angie is one of the managers and she is my favorite. A kind caring person always willing to help!

Yamilet needs to learn how to control her face and how she looks at people. I was trying to get my glasses fixed from a coating issue that is the fault of the company. She curled her nose and lip up and made the most disgusted faces. I guess she didn't want to help me. Also they were unable to allow me to get new frames with the new lenses without charging me THE COST OF STARTING OVER. Completely. I can understand me having to pay for the frames but definitely not the lenses. The way I was told was also very rude. Do yourself a favor.....unless you want cheap good for nothing glasses DO NOT COME HERE!!! AND DONT BOTHER WITH THE INSURANCE. ITS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT.

I highly recommend the Vision Center @ 4870 Elm Springs Rd. Angie and Katia, in particular, have always gone above and beyond expectation.

We were paying for this appointment without insurance, so cost was an issue. We talked about cost when I made the appointment to the clerk (they knew it was a huge factor for my sons exam) - but they decided to add a $40 additional charge (for an additional exam) that we did not ask for when making the appointment. If you want to throw an additional part of the exam in for the same cost, go for it - but the sneakiness of this was absolutely conniving. Won’t go back again & do not recommend. Zero stars if it was possible!
