I brought in a pair of broken frames and they repaired them within minutes. They weren’t even purchased there and they still helped me, Even showed me how to repair them at home if it ever happens again.Super friendly and helpful staff.

Usually I go to Fayetteville for my glasses. This time I stayed local and used Walmart. Bought my glasses at the end of May with scratch resistant and glare resistant on them. By the end of June they are so scratched up I can’t wear them. Got told sorry nothing we can do but replace the lenses. That was going to cost more than I paid for the glasses in the first place! Now I’m back in a pair that is four years old, with no scratches, that I got from LensCrafters. I don’t believe the scratch resistant was ever put on my glasses. Lesson learned .
I got there right after I got out of school, and had to get my prescription and my glasses before 4:45. There service was extremely good and fast, but since I'm only 17 and didn't have my parents with me, they helped me with my parent's insurance company to order my glasses. If it wasn't in by Wednesday, it wouldn't be in until Friday because of Thanksgiving, but if they weren't in then, it wouldn't be until Monday because there are no weekend deliveries. I was thoroughly surprised and extremely satisfied when they called me only 3 days later saying my glasses were in, and they were perfect.
I already had my prescription so I didn't use that part of it. My experience was great. Didn't take long to get paperwork done. Got my frames picked out and chose what type of lenses I wanted. There was no pressure to buy what you didn't want, like all the add ons. After my insurance I only paid under $50 for my new glass. It only took a week to get them in. I will definitely be going back here to get my glasses.
Dr. Eagle was amazing. She was fast and really really nice. Her staff on the other hand were rude and the way they both represented themselves, makes me not want to go back. Also, when helping me with trying contacts on for the first time “no you need to do it this way otherwise ....” she was very demanding and rude about it.
