I doubt you’re gonna find better frames in Yuma at a better price! Their selection of frames (even the lowest priced ones) were amazing! Their customer service was phenomenal! The environment was so organized and professional that I forgot I was in a Walmart. I even compared prices at few different places for my contacts also, and they had a better price than anywhere else. Unfortunately they didn’t take my insurance to cover my exam so I had to get that done elsewhere. But other than for that reason, I don’t see why anyone would go anywhere else. Best place in town for quality affordable glasses and contacts.

Norma, who works in the Vision Center, is an ambassador for every single person that comes in for their vision needs. She is courteous, friendly and knows her stuff. I’ve been wearing glasses for many years and when I couldn’t find a frame that works for me, she did some spell or magic and handed me the perfect frame. I actually hugged her for that. Both my husband and I highly recommend and appreciate Norma’s expertise and the ease of getting our vision needs handled.

BEWARE!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years, and have NEVER experienced a Dr like this! First off, I was advised that this Dr would only accept cash and they wouldn't honor my Insurance either, I needed an updated prescription desperately, so I proceeded with the overpriced exam, and that was by far the worst experience ever! The Dr reprimanded me for wearing the lenses longer than I should, even though I told him lenses are expensive and then he tells me that he could refuse to even give me an updated prescription knowing that I wear them a bit longer, SO rude, so after I get done with the God awful exam, he tells me I will have to wait for my trial lenses to come in, which should be 1 week, and then he would give me my prescription.... ugh!! So I head to the front desk to checkout and pay for the exam, and the girl tells me the Dr doesn't give receipts!! Am I in the twilight zone?!! Cash only and no receipts??? Unbelievable! So a week goes by, then 2, then 3 and I have yet to hear back, so I call and the girl says... Oh it looks like 1 lense came in, but we have to reorder the other lense. OMG!! So I wait yet another week and I finally get a call (its been almost 1 month now) and the Dr calls me back, wants me to wait 15min for the trials to adjust to my eyes, and I said NO I will not wait, so he made sure they fit in less than 5min, I was out of there!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY OPTICAL NEEDS!!!

Rosy and Nicole were absolutely amazing. I came in from out of town and needed some contacts. They were both so kind and empathetic to my situation. Not only were they amazing at serving me, but they also balanced several patients arriving at once in stride. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I knew I was in good hands the moment I walked in. Would highly recommend this location!

I visited this vision store and was utterly appalled at the disrespect displayed by the “so called Dr.” He was extremely narcissistic, arrogant and did not like being told something wasn’t going to work for me. This man is so evil even his staff is afraid of him. I am amazed that Walmart continues to employ this “person” at this establishment. If you have a child or an elderly person that needs an eye exam, this is not the place to go to!
