Nationwide vision office in Yuma is lack of professionalism and communication to patients ( front desk personal and manager). They never answered phone to cancelled appointments, I had to drove to office and cancel an appointment in person. They told me that they have problems with their phones but no problem to send message to remind you that if you don't show up to your appointment you will be charge $40. The day of my appointment I waited more that 30 minutes to be seeing, after my I appointment they told me to wait, I waited another 30minutes to get prescription. One of the ladies asked me for my primary insurance in order to get cover for my eye insurance at the end I pay my consult out of pocket. She asked me again to wait, manager was next to her but he NEVER offer to help me resolve the issue or at least explain why they required my primary insurance. I asked the manager if he was able to helped me since I had been waiting for so long and no one was able to resolved or at least give me a good explanation of how was the process. He finally tried to help me but with no luck. First time going to this office and LAST. I would appreciate if they take customers in consideration that we don't have all the time to be just sitting there waiting for them to give us and answers that it doesn't make anysence. At least one of the girls was honest and told me that she didn't know why they asked for my primary insurance. Nationwide vision please give some type of training to all employees, including manager to step out for his employees at time they don't know what to tell patients. Lack of customer service! Poor service.
