Walmart Vision Center

Great experience having an eye exam of all things! The staff from the moment you walk in the door is friendly and professional. And, Dr Dale Scnell(?) is very professional, friendly and answered all questions without annoyance. Doctor even offered practical advice on eye matters that I hadn't considered. Will be recommending to friends and family that need eye care. Thank you, WalMart optical Power Rd in Gilbert AZ!

I had a great experience at this Walmart’s vision center! Called on a Friday looking to schedule a Saturday appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day! They were very efficient during the appointment, I didn’t have to wait at all. Tanya helped me with scheduling on the phone, checking me in during my appointment, ordering my contacts (which I got a great price on ordering the Walmart version on my normal contact brand), and helped me when I picked up my contacts and she was great! I would highly recommend this vision center.

Lacee fit us in before our scheduled time because she knew our day was busy. She is amazing.

Junie was awesome. Found the best options for what my insurance would cover. She was very pleasant. I’ll be coming back for my next pair!

If I could give a lower star I would. I ordered biofinity contacts there they said they would be the same just cheaper and Tonya got the prescription wrong. I got a trial pair of acuvue which was great I could see. I trusted them that they would be the same. They are the professionals right!? So I went back and she "fixed" the biofinity order and had it shipped to my house. Still cant see out if these contacts. $80 down the drain. They wont refund my money. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and They said I had to pay for another exam even though I just had one 6 months ago there. DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE. GO SOMEWHERE YOU ARE TREATED AS A HUMAN BEING.
