Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Excellent Service and Affordable Prices! I had a fantastic experience at Walmart Vision Center. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist Lindzy took the time to explain everything clearly. They also have a great selection of frames at very reasonable prices, making it easy to find something stylish within my budget. I recently visted the wal mart vision ctr on thomas rd. It had at least 4 yrs since the last checkup. I was throughly impressed beginning with the follow up to my first phone call. The appt went off on time. A very extensive exam . The vision tech was very professional. She work with me concerning my insurance. I was able to get new glasses for a very fair price. This was the first time that I had ever used WM Vision and I was skeptical because my eyes are fussy and my prescription is not easy or typical. The complete experience from exam, doctor, selection and Emma was wonderful. I ordered two new glasses, and when I got them, I was expecting to have to have a "redo". Nope. These were spot on! Both computer and a progressive pair were perfect! That is actually the first time I have not had to have them redo my glasses for a little adjustment. Kuddos to the WM Vision team for knocking it out of the park!
