Walmart Vision Center serves patients in Gilbert and the surrounding part of Arizona from its office at 2501 S Market St. Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Alex is the best!! I went to the Walmart Vision Center to get the nose pads on my sunglasses replaced. Alex greeted me and told me it would only take a minute. One minute later she showed up with the new nose pieces in place. When I asked her what I owed she said nothing at all. How awesome is that?!? Great service!! Thank you Alex!!
Fantastic service! I broke my glasses and wasn't sure if they could be repaired. Replacing them right now was not in the budget. I worked with Lexi and she was able to fix them and did not even charge me for the repair. I will definitely be back when I need to get my prescription updated.
We had such a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Lexi and Alex! They were both incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. Lexi made sure everything was explained clearly, and went above and beyond to help us find the right frames. They truly made the whole process feel easy and even fun! My wife and I both bought new prescription glasses and sunglasses from Lexi. I had a prescription from elsewhere, but my wife had an exam by Dr. Schell for her prescription; he was very good, and particularly accommodating. Lexi patiently showed us a huge variety of frames and helped us each select appropriate styles. Walmart's 60-day return policy came in handy, since as soon as my wife got in the sun outside the store, we realized that the sunglass lenses she had selected were not dark enough, so Lexi immediately went back outside with us with a variety of lenses to test in order to ensure that the optimal lens was found. The order for the changed lenses was placed on the spot, and within less than a week they were ready. In fact, each of our new glasses was ready sooner than estimated - Walmart's service is very fast, much faster than any other eyeglass provider we had previously worked with. Lexi was excellent throughout the entire process of selection, fitting, and adjustment. We highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center.
Lexi did an outstanding job fixing my glasses. She's knowledgeable about vision and corrections available for different ages. She was a pleasure and a great asset for Walmart's vision team.
