I had a wonderful experience here. The service was fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, attentive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the quality of service I received and would highly recommend this place to others. A special advantage is that they also provide service in Russian, which is very helpful for Russian-speaking customers.

His customer service was nothing short of outstanding. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to every detail. Lou took the time to explain my options clearly and helped me find the perfect pair of frames that suited both my prescription needs and personal style. What really stood out was how genuine and personable he was throughout the entire process. Today I came for some glasses with plans to pay out of pocket because I was unaware how insurance works. Lou the manager took his time to find my information in the system (mind you I had none on me) and he saved me $160 on my glasses. He’s extremely knowledgeable and cares to give customers a great experience and an informative encounter so next time I am aware of what my insurance provides.
