I would give zero stars if I were able. I experienced the most wonderful service on November 19th, but tonight, both employees were absolutely terrible and I left in tears. Sadly, I have to go back one more time to pick up a second pair of glasses. If there were a way to transfer to another store, I would happily do so just so I never have to encounter these two individuals ever again.
Absolutely impressed with the quality of service I received from the Optical department at Walmart! I walked in not expecting to receive such knowledgeable information but Kate sure did know what she is doing and I'm very happy that I went in and met her. My prescription is pretty strong and she recommended the best options to put on my lenses and helped me pick the perfect frame and my glasses look really nice and I have been getting compliments about them. Been going here for several years and once again their service was great. Order another pair of glasses and they adjusted my existing pair. Only place that have frames that fit my fathead. Always friendly staff.
I brought them my Bose Audio Sunglasses and they did the job like a breeze! They helped buy my confidence in reassuring me that I'm making the right selection for the lenses as well as advised me on the best color for transitions! I went with Zeiss and Ray Ban Green! Thank you so much!
Van is absolutely amazing. She helped in every way possible to get my prescription glasses fit perfectly. She answered all my questions with great customer service. She is the best. 😊
