Walmart West Hills Vision and Glasses is awesome, and I’d like to give a big shout out to Diane for kindly helping me to fix my glasses! Diane was kind, professional, and quick to replace a missing screw in my frames, and I’m so grateful to have properly functioning glasses again. Thank you so much Diane!! I appreciate you!

I wanted to submit a review on the fantastic experience i had at the Walmart Vision Center on Fallbrook in West Hills this week. There is a particular person I want to give credit to and that is Mayra. I first met Mayra when I was coming in for my initial eye exam with the doctor there. As I passed by the Vision Center I was looking around and Mayra quickly stood up and asked me if I was looking for the eye doctor. I said, actually yes I am thank you. She said then, well let me escort you in there then. I was very impressed with her customer service attitude of wanting to help me. Even when I left the store that day I was still thinking how friendly Mayra had been. The second time meeting Mayra I came in to submit my doctor's prescription to order my contact lenses. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this associate. She greeted me with a smile and accommodated all my questions and it just was an overall great experience getting my contact lenses ordered! Mayra is an asset to this organization and should be congratulated & rewarded for her exceptional service! Thank you.

I am so impressed with their vast selection of glasses and I found the perfect pair! Maria provided top-notch assistance with my lenses. and I can't recommend her enough!

I went to Walmart West Hills with my wife to look for frames and found some that we really liked. Diane was great and helped us the whole way. We came back with our prescriptions and Diane took care of everything for us. She was great! She did all the paper work throught the insurance, and our frames and lenses were covered.
