Walmart Vision Center

I am very satisfied with my experience at this Walmart Vision Center. I worked with Andrew who was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I purchased three pairs of glasses and was able to obtain a discount (I wasn't expecting) on the additional pairs. When I picked up my glasses the following week, I happened to be helped by Andrew yet again. He made sure my glasses fit well and adjusted the frames. I really felt he went above and beyond my expectations of service while still being efficient. Overall, the prices were reasonable, the service outstanding - I will definitely go back there to purchase my next pair of glasses.

I bought glasses 5 yrs ago at Walmart Rancho Cordova when I didn’t have insurance and was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of my glasses. Now my insurance only covers glasses every 2 years (which I’m a few months short) and needed new glasses due to RX changing. So I went in this morning and had excellent service. I find out it was the manager that assisted me and was very pleased. He helped me pick out exactly what I needed and is very knowledgeable. The other employee was very professional as I saw him Interacting with children’s glasses. I can’t wait to get my new glasses. I also was able to upgrade my lenses due to the price is lower then what I paid with my insurance.

I have been purchasing my glasses from this location for many years. Behrouz is so helpful and knowledgeable. He is always a great help in picking out the right frame and has great recommendations about which lens type will best fit my needs. I have always been very happy with the service. If I could, I would give a ten star rating!

I walked into Walmart vision center today for a couple of reasons. I broke my spare glasses and desperately needed them repaired and I needed to purchase new glasses with bifocals. I spoke to Andrew when I came in. He was amazing! He repaired my glasses within minutes. He also helped me pick out a pair of glasses. I had an Eye Exam at 10:15 on Thursday (4/29). Dr. Kim was sweet and extremely helpful. I started wearing contacts about 15 years ago and I was pretty excited about walking away with some new tips. The new assistant was great, she was super kind and professional. I felt comfortable at this location. I knew right when the appointment started that I was in good hands. Thank you so much for everything. Congrats on being at your location for so many years!!
