The girl in there was absolutely incredible and knowledgeable with helping me. Very patient young gal. She took her time with me explaining everything and helping me decide what kind of glasses I need. I only came in because my lens came out of my frame and I couldn’t fix it myself. Julie was by herself and treated me very kindly. The phone rang a few times and she excused herself, fixed my glasses and talked with me about getting me new pairs of glasses. Very nice young gal there you have and I couldn’t be more happier I can use my glasses again! THANK YOU! Went above and beyond!

My glasses weren't sitting properly on my face, but luckily for me, Luis took care of it perfectly in a fast, efficient, and wonderful fashion. I can't recommend him enough! When it comes to opticians, he's the best! 10/10 would recommend!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful to myself and my Mom while we spontaneously shopped for new glasses. She made great conversation while also maintaining a lovely air of professionalism. Would 100% go back because of this experience!

Today I came into the Santee Walmart vision center and I was helped by Lewis and Jennifer. They did an excellent job helped me with the replacement of my glasses that I broke. They were patient took the time and the glasses even were on sale. This is the best experience I've ever had. Thank you for these wonderful employees and please give them a raise.

I was in town from Nebraska on vacation and ended up tearing my contact lens. I didn’t bring my back up pair or glasses. I walked in 10 minutes before the first appointment and was able to get seen (urgent) and out of there before the first appointment arrived. Greatly appreciative of this gesture and kind of service!
