Walmart Vision Center

I had a great experience at the Vision Center, thanks to Lesley, a dual licensed Optician. She took the time to patiently explain all my options without ever making me feel pressured to make a quick decision. Her approach was genuinely caring, and I could tell she truly wanted the best for me as a customer. Before coming here, I visited another optician where I had my eye exam. The doctor was great, but the overall customer service from the staff felt average. In contrast, Lesley went above and beyond ,her compassion and attentiveness made a huge difference. Because of her excellent service, I felt confident choosing the best option for me, regardless of the price. That level of customer care really creates an outstanding experience. I highly recommend her to friends and family!

Lesley, Optician at the Vision Center was extremely helpful today; she was very thorough with researching my insurance coverage, sizing my frames, explaining lens and frame choices, and offering advice. She is always very pleasant and welcoming and is superlatively positive. It’s always a rewarding experience engaging with Lesley. She is simply, the best of the best! Angel, Vision Specialist, at the Vision Center always exhibits an air of thoroughness, honesty, and consistency. Her efforts to offer a positive and upbeat atmosphere are rewarded with a very grateful customer. Angel’s demeanor is cheerful and very personable, and she carries a service-oriented attitude as her work ethic is second to none. She also makes attractive displays throughout the sales floor. While I did not have my eye exam here, I did fill my lens/glasses prescription with an incredibly helpful, informative, and knowledgeable woman. I spent years as a Regional Director in retail and have great respect for those that exhibit a genuine level of professional skill and kind, thoughtful service. Angel P. assisted me wonderfully! Angel provided some of the best customer care I've received. Can't say enough; other than, the Walmart Vision Center (5821 Antelope Rd) is VERY fortunate to have her.

Absolutely fantastic service by the two associates that I dealt with Angel and Leslie. Angel did all the preliminary intake work which saved me time and Leslie was my actual sales person. both did a fantastic job. Leslie was extremely patient did more than required I'm sure. What a wonderful experience dealing with her. The optometrist was professional friendly caring answered any questions I had in a way that was fully understandable. overall could not ask for a better experience buying eyeglasses. I highly recommend this Vision Center for both the optometrist and the sales associates. Picked up glasses yesterday 09/25. Everything fit perfectly other than one small nose bridge adjustment on one pair. Was in and out in about 10-15 minutes Great service and friendly people.

I had a very amazing experience the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable Leslie was terrific and explained everything to me about both pair of my glasses one for every day use and one for nighttime driving.the glasses were adjusted to a perfect fit for me and are very nice quality. The doctor was friendly and efficient and made sure I was comfortable with my exam. I was in and out in no time at all and my order was processed very fast. I highly recommend there vision center as it was an overall great experience and I will definitely be going back for any future needs with glasses.
