I have been seeing a local eye doctor here in Rifle for 22 years. I'm only 30 years old just for reference. After the last few years of poor service I decided to try out the Walmart vision center because I needed new contacts right away. Making an appointment was very easy and the receptionist was very helpful and nice. Ron, the doctor there was absolutely wonderful and made sure that my vision was up to par. There is a back office that you walk into that was extremely clean. He sharpened up my prescription and the appointment was very fast. I ended up walking out with 6 months worth of complimentary contact lenses, contact solution, and the eye appointment itself was only $125. I don't have insurance so this was awesome! I had enough money to end up getting new frames as well and I have a heavy prescription so the frames with the lenses came out to $311. I really had a great experience and I hope more people try them out!

Doctor Ron is extremely good at what he does. I had no expectations coming to Walmart Vision and I will 100% be coming back for my future eye needs. Can’t beat $125 for an eye exam, and the service was exceptional. Thanks Ron.

The staff at the Walmart Vision & Glasses Center were professional and courteous. Dealing with your insurance is time-consuming, never easy and they do it with patience and care. I received my glasses by mail and our daughter received hers at college in Vermont in two weeks. Now that's service! They also took the time to disinfect in-between customers which I found considerate and reassuring because so many people were NOT wearing masks in Rifle even when, at the time, there were state and federal mandates to do so. I would recommend Walmart Vision & Glasses Center to all and want to thank the ladies there for their service.

Very professional, up-to-date exam room, knowledgeable doctor and staff, and easy to set up an appointment. Can't beat it for the price and the service.

I messed up on my appointment day. They helped me anyway. Dr. Shaeffer was knowledgeable & charming. Kim was great. Would absolutely recommend.
