Walmart Vision Center

My glasses broke while visiting out of town with family. I took them into the Walmart vision center and they helped right away to get my glasses repaired. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped a stressful situation get resolved.

I called to see if I could get lenses and frames made for a prescription that I have written. They said no. I asked if I needed to come in for another eye test (my previous with an optometrist was only a few weeks ago) but they said they were too busy.

Best place I’ve been for glasses in 20 years of needing them. The customer service is phenomenal and they make the ordering process very clear and insightful. Special thanks to the manager AnnaMarie for making the process so easy and friendly!

They fixed my glasses for free! They took the time to replace the screw that had fallen out and tightened the screw on the other side so they don’t slide. They did this even though I did not purchase my glasses through their vision center, which is both generous and kind. Thank you!!!!

I'm not much of a reviewer, but this place deserves it. I've been buying my glasses here since couple years ago, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I got into an accident 1 month ago, my glasses broke, I went to this place again to get them repaired. Since the warranty period had ended I thought they were going to charge me, on the contrary, the staff was super friendly and kind, they fixed my glasses without charging me, plus my glasses looked like new. Definitely a good place to go and trust, I will remain a customer of this place all the time!
