My experience at the Alamosa Walmart Optical location was very thorough, attentive and friendly!! I have Camela to thank for the fantastic customer service provided! She answered all my questions with no hesitation to provide a display of transitional lens options in different colors for selection and explained what would be the best fit for my eye care needs! I am very satisfied with the customer service given!! Thank you, Camela!!! Happy regards, Donna

Overall experience was great. Shanese was more than helpful. She was understanding and kind and easy to deal with. Called my optometrist. Followed through and called me when the fax of my prescription arrived. Recognized me when I returned. Helpful with my insurance. The kind of experience you don’t expect and don’t get much anymore. Thank you!
