Received great customer service by William and Roxanne! Very helpful in finding the best, affordable deal. Friendly and caring when helping to adjust my new frames for maximum comfort! I hope this store is paying them well! So happy to have switched my vision care needs to here!

Roxanne assisted my elderly parents this evening with selecting and getting fitted for glasses. She was SO kind and patient with them. My father is very hard of hearing, so communicating with him is challenging, but Roxanne maintained a caring and professional demeanor then entire time she worked with them (close to 90 minutes). Thank you, Roxanne!! I appreciate you!

Iraq vet here! They are holding my 200$ Ray bans for a day until I can get them but they forgot about me on hold! Rude! Thanks Meagan! 😡🗑🔥I really hope they are not f-up When I get them back? Tina was an absolute angel. She was such a huge help when deciding on a pair of sunglasses that suited me well. As well as she saved me from wasting $130 on some ray bans I had bought online by fixing them to fit my face because they were WAY too big on me to begin with.

I have used Walmart Vision Center in other locations for over 10 years with very good results. But the Rimrock center is horrible. I purchased a new pair of glasses and frames only to discover that the lens were cheap plastic that were more scratched within the first few months than my previous Walmart glasses in 5 years. I went back but they refused to honor their 1-yr warranty. I won't be back at this store again.
