The staff and manager make you feel belittled and like you are crazy if you have an issue with your glasses. I would not recommend this vision center to anyone.

I have getting my contacts and glasses here for some 4 years, I had been seeing the optometrist who was there for over 8 years. She was very nice even remembered my niece an nephew's name. I recently went in fo an update on my eye exam. There is a new optician, she is very informative, nice and very easy on the eyes, the receptionist was even more helpful, despite the fact she was pregnant, she still did the initial exam on my eyes and made payment easy, they still had all my information. As far as the people in the front, I think they should get a job where they can play on their phone and they will be millionaires. There are some women who have been there for some time I didn't see them but they are helpful and nice.
Worst experience with an eye Dr I've ever had. Took a week and half after my apt to get my contacts ordered. (Had to have 1800contacts call them and complain since they weren't returning my calls). Was told I'd be getting a 9 month supply for $232, but had to order a trial pair first to see if it was the right Rx. Wear for two weeks, and pay the asaid 232 bucks only to be told you won't get any more contacts. There was a miscommunication and that 232 dollars was just for a 3 month supply that the trial pairs are. Avoid this BS doctor's office
Got my glasses with a few days the anti glare started coming off , anti scratch...lol that is biggest joke of 2022 now I have to go and by new lens. They told it would be $180 on top what they charged my insurance , which I'm letting them how they should rethink working with Walmart optical. I call them within 60days and them about my lens and got told tuff luck
Carrie the vision center manager is worthless. I didn't get the lenses I paid for and the manager (Carrie) refused and used every argument she could think of to deny a correction. Attempting any type of correction was not set in her mind. The manager also told me several times what is was seeing through my glasses, no one can tell me what I see through my glasses. Worst customer service I have ever come across.
