Jessica Quezada, the manager on duty when I stopped by, fixed my broken glasses in maybe 3 minutes, tops. When I asked what I owed, she said nothing, and that was that! The whole thing took less than 5 minutes, and was completely free, so it literally could not possibly have been better. Highly recommend
I came in today to see if My glasses were okay as I had a big fall, Lizette was really amazing with her service and knowledge to some of My questions i asked her. Ive never received such amazing service and a pleasure to meet her. I do hope to SEE her again and if i can't i Will follow her at ant other visión Center just for her wonderful service
I showed up as a walk in on a busy day and was taken care of right away. I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the customer service. Dave R. Who assisted me provided excellent customer service. The doctor who examined me answered all my questions. The entire staff was kind and courteous and I was very happy. They worked with my insurance and got me a great deal. Very happy with the experience.
Originally I picked here for convenience, but I had a positive experience. The doctor was patient with me and helped dial in the best prescription possible for my issues. Then Larry out front went out of his way to find the best fit and explain all the differences between the types of lenses, frames, etc. Much appreciated.
