The technicians this this Walmart Vision Center are all very friendly and helpful, in my experience. Gretchen, in particular, has helped me recently fit my glasses to my face, so they are at the correct height, balanced, stay in place, and are comfortable. She's got a real touch for this, and was very patient with my overly finicky way of being. Thank you Gretchen. #impressed
I'm so happy I got my glasses at Walmart. My first language isn't English, but it didn't matter because they made an effort to make sure I understood EVERYTHING. They have a wide variety of eyewear styles and excellent prices. They made my glasses in two or three days and notified me every day until I was finally able to pick them up. I went to pick them up with just five minutes to close, and they treated me very kindly and didn't mind me taking up their time. I highly recommend them!
I've been going here for the past 12 years. It's always the same eye doctor which is very nice. The staff is professional, I wouldn't say overly friendly, but not mean or rude at all. Prices are reasonable for contacts and eyeglasses.
Make sure you call before you go, because even if online says they are open they will randomly close for breaks and block it off.
I had an exam for my glasses and contacts, The doctor was great and the optician that helped me was Diane. Diane was absolutely great! She was so helpful and friendly! I was having a hard morning and she turned my day around! She was so professional and handled everything phone call so well despite being busy! I will definitely keep working with Walmart eye center!!
