Walmart Vision Center

Dr. Boone, Valarie and the receptionist that checked me in today for my appointment were awesome! This team is outstanding! My husband raves about Dr. Boone and his knowledge that has helped him save his eyesight from eye disease. Valarie is a joy, kind, pleasant and always very efficient in helping us pick our frames and finish the sales. They are like family and we are recommending everyone get their eye exams at Walmart !

Had a great experience at Walmart Vision. I worked with a very nice lady named Sapphire. Although my insurance did not allow me get my glasses there, Sapphire really did want to help me and recommended two places, and the first was able to assist, and with a great price! Thank you Sapphire for much appreciated customer service. Highly recommend this vision center.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this vision center, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I was informed that my frames would be ready in two weeks, but it actually took almost a month and a half. No one reached out to update me, and I had to call multiple times to get any service. Additionally, I paid for a warranty on my frames and lenses, but I was told that my frames were not covered. Despite having visible deep scratches on both my lenses and frames, they refused to acknowledge the damage on my frames but stated the Scratch on one of my lenses could be repaired. I've never encountered such poor customer service before. Adnan and the manager have been unhelpful and couldn't provide a clear explanation for why my frames were not considered damaged according to their policy. I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere. This place is not worth the hassle or the stress it brings.

I really enjoyed my visit. Me and my family are very happy with our choices. Dr William Boone was very good on check ups. Talaya, Adnan, and Sapphire were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Please, keep up the good work.

I must say this was the 1st time that I've purchased lenses for my glasses at this location. I normally purchase my frames and lenses from my eye doctor. The cost of these lenses was 3/4 less expensive than what I normally pay for. In addition, Adnan (Optician) offered the very best in service. He was positive, knowledgeable, and rich in personality. I will never purchase my eye care needs from anyone else going forward.
