I highly recommend this vision center. Chris is truly our friend. He is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. My oldest son and I love to stop and talk to him whenever we go to the store even if we aren't in need of assistance in the vision center. Everyone there has been awesome to us!

Most informative doctor I’ve ever met. Optical was great in helping my daughters select glasses. Great options for kids.

I had a great experience at this Walmart's vision center! Chris, the manager, and Mavel provided exceptional service and they were extremely helpful. This was my first experience needing glasses and they both went way above and beyond fitting me for the perfect pair. I couldn't be happier with their help and expertise. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing assistance with their vision needs!!

Dr Farah in the vision center was extremely professional, cordial, and performed an excellent eye exam. Gina helped me pick out a great set of glasses as well. She had just enough sales snap to make it fun, and the professionalism to make sure I got a good deal given my insurance benefits. While I did not catch the other employees names, everyone was extremely pleasant and in good spirits. I would recommend them to anyone, great experience all around.

wanted to share our family's bad experience with the Walmart Vision Center earlier this year. The eye prescription they provided was completely off incorrect, leading to irritable and uncomfortable vision for all of us, my nephew suffered a lot and the contacts were purchased were not cheap and non refundable. The eye doctor's unprofessional and unfriendly demeanor made the experience even more unbearable. Not only did the prescription cause us significant discomfort, but the doctor's behavior was also highly inappropriate. During the appointment, the doctor asked about our religion and suggested that we should consider Islam. This was completely uncalled for and made us feel very uncomfortable. We looked to swap out to another doctor to get our prescriptions corrected, which was a hassle and an additional expense. To make matters worse, Walmart Vision Center did not have a customer care process in place to address our concerns or provide any form of resolution. The doctor was also tardy and seemed distracted, mentioning that they were only there to help out another doctor/owner because she was always preoccupied with her family. They even talked about coming back from retirement and being in another state, which made us question their commitment and professionalism. It's concerning that Walmart Vision Center has such low standards, which erodes our trust in Walmart and jeopardizes safety. As a family, we expect more from a place we trust with our health. We would strongly advise against using Walmart Vision Center for any medical needs. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service make them a risky choice for something as important as eye care. We hope that Walmart will take steps to get someone new in here
