Walmart Vision Center

I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Douglasville. The place was very clean and well-organized. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. The eye doctor really stood out—he took his time with my exam, made sure he understood my history, and explained everything clearly so I could fully understand my treatment plan. I truly appreciated the personal care and attention. Highly recommend!

I want to highlight a specific individual, the manager at this vision center Crystal went out of her way to provide outstanding customer service to me. She helped me chose both my glasses and sunglasses giving me various suggestions based on my face shape and preferred style. Throughout the process she showed kindness and professionalism.

Got new insurance and decided to finally go to get my eyes checked, called in and got the most pleasant person on the line! They set me up and got me an appoint when I was available and when I went in, Crystal and Dr. Boyles took very good care of me! Definitely my eye doctor form here on out.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the doctor and staff of the Walmart vision center! From the moment I walked in the experience was already great! I was greeted with a warm smile and a youthful hello from Diana and Mandy! I was assisted by Mandy during my service and she was so fun! Mandy is bubbly and knowledgeable, making the experience a breeze!!! Dr. Boyles performed the actual exam and he knows his stuff! All around great experience with the Douglasville Walmart team!

ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I've experienced in my life! I've been having issue with my sight for a while so I finally got my eyes examined. I was assisted by Diana through out my process and let me just tell you.. Diana is PHENOMENAL!!! Not only was Diana extremely knowledgeable, but she provided a warm and caring customer experience! Dr. Boyles completed the exam of my eyes and he is hilarious! Dr. Boyles and I had great conversation with smooth exam process! All around phenomenal experience, I'll never go to another eye doctor! Dr. Boyles, Diana, and the manager Crystal are phenomal! Get your eyes checked with this crew because they are the best!
