I went with my daughter to get her glasses repaired. It was an emergency! She can't see without them. Monica welcomed us in. We told her our situation. Let me tell you she worked miracles. She had me in stitches, her positive attitude was a welcoming experience. She was also informative with the questions I had asked. Extremely satisfied with her customer service.

I bought my glasses from them a few years ago and I went in to get them serviced for having a loose frame. The two clerks who helped me Mónica and Maysa did an excellent job at fixing it even though my glasses are practically falling apart! They had a hard time getting it fixed because of the age of them, yet they got it done for me in record time. They were professional, kind and displayed great troubleshooting skills. I highly recommend them getting a raise :) .

Came in to get my glasses (originally bought online) adjusted as they were falling off my face constantly. Monica was pleasant to talk to and fixed them right up in less than 5 minutes. Had a positive experience and would come back.

I’ve been wearing glasses since kindergarten and have never had such a personable and heart warming experience than with Monica at the vision center in Roswell on Mansell Rd. My Glasses were broken and she fixed them no questions asks. She brought my mom to tears with her kindness. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Monica for everything! 💛
