Customer service was amazing. Very prompt and wonderful service as far as communication goes. The testing equipment has not been cleaned. The Eye Exam had caked up debris and human cells and underneath the eye area. Wanted to leave quickly

Just came home from one of the most rewarding shopping experiences ever! The store manager, Stephanie, assisted me with my vision needs. Made helpful suggestions that wouldn't have even occurred to me. I'm 80 years old and have been wearing glasses for years. Stephanie is the best customer associate I've ever come across! I highly recommend her and her store.
I've been using the Cordele Walmart Superstore Vision Center for all of my eyewear 👓 needs for 23+ years. You will not easily experience superior customer service at another Walmart Superstore Vision Center location. The Vision Center manager Stephanie and her team of opticians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the latest eye sciences and lenses. In several prior instances, I traveled from my home in Ashburn, Georgia to Cordele for Stephanie to repair my Rx glasses 🤓, and on some of those instances I was delayed by traffic and trains, but true to her integrity as a consummate professional, Stephanie waited for me to arrive and always fixed my Rx glasses and left me happier than she found me. 😍
My experiences there have been good. They have fixed my glasses so many times made them stronger.
Don't go to this eye center. The employee are so rude. The doctor gave me the wrong prescription. Spent 500.00 on a pair of glasses that I couldn't see out of them. When I tried to take the glasses back I was told that the glasses were fine and I just needed to get use to wearing them. Went to another eye doctor and was told what I I already knew. Wrong prescription. Close this place down. They employees need to be fired.
