Nothing but problems any time I have ever gone. Don't be hard of hearing going to this place, it upsets them in the front because no speaks above a whisper and get mad when you ask them to repeat what they said.Tells you to show up 15 minutes before just to sit and wait for an hour before you get seen. Also front office manager is rude and unprofessional and will argue with you while also not listening.
If you have papers that need to be filled out for your job, don't depend on anyone at this place to help. I had my job to send the paper to this place, all the PA had to do was check a box and sign it, and return it. Well she didn't and I lost my job and my medical insurance. Trying to get on the sliding scale program, cause I need meds, but I have to wait a month for an appointment, no meds, I may be dead by then. Do you think they care?? No, they don't. If you are considering this place, don't. Find somewhere else.
Horrible organization and generally a piece of garbage place. Very unreliable and possibly the worst to go to.
Terrible drove 40 mins to my doctors appt. That I had scheduled a week ago only for them to tell me I couldn’t be seen due to the Dr.only do procedures on Mondays I spoke with them 2 days in a row they called and changed my time and did a courtesy call then a hour before my appt I received a reminder text msg just horrible I will be changing my doctor
