The facility was clean and inviting. Very professional, friendly, and thorough personnel. Dr Harper answered all my questions. He was reassuring and polite. Alyssa was patient and thorough with the preliminary tests before I saw Dr Harper. The entire experience was a thorough exam that I have not experienced in many years. I’m glad l switched!
This morning, I had an amazing appointment at Vine Vision. Everyone that I encountered - Dr. Prchal, Quanza, Nancy, Anita and Jennifer were great. Dr. Prchal took his time with me. He answered my questions and was very thorough in his explanations. The visit didn't feel rushed. The office itself was spotless, the wait was miminal, but the professionalism and care shown by the Team was the icing on the cake. I would recommend this office and team to everyone - regardless of where you live. You will be completely satisfied with their service. We were met with such courtesy and care by office staff. Our physician was thorough and had exceptional bedside manner. His education about next steps were clear and spent time in giving us individualized advice. We are a vine vision center for life!
