Want to say big thank you to Janiah for helping me in early March, I believe March 9th. I meant to post this around that time but my dad had just passed away and I was a going through a lot emotionally. I couldn't find a contact case in Walmart and I was very upset. I had a new contact set to deal with broken glasses but didn't receive a case to go with them so I was worried I'd have to toss the set and keep wearing bad glasses while driving. Janiah was about to close up and I walked in and told her what I couldn't find. She was quick to assist me and I can't thank her enough. I know she had to be ready to check out for her evening but she made it a priority to help me and it just cements my views that this vision center has always been kind to me for nearly two decades in many ways and I'm sure they are to many more. Thank you for caring about me, Janiah.

Although I can only share my experience in glasses not with an eye visit, it was the best experience I’ve had yet. This is my 3rd pair from the vision center with my drs prescription over the past years. Fantastic quality, great price in bifocals and my child’s glasses. And they put the prescription in the correct place for the progressive lens. I’ll never get them anywhere else.
It was time to have my annual eye appointment. I saw a sign when entering the store that the Vision Center now had a doctor. I made an appointment. If I knew that it was virtual, I can admit, I would have canceled because I was very apprehensive about using a virtual service. The short of the long is, I would go back. Dr. Achionye was amazing. Janiah, the manager, provided 5 star service prior to me arriving and continued EXCELLENT care during my visit. (Virtual visits require someone to be in the room assisting with the machinery while speaking with the doctor. It is similar to your standard visit except you are not "touching" the live doctor. I have no more apprehension, unless I do not obtain great care again). Harvis is the person that I worked with for my contacts and glasses. EXCELLENT care! He was very helpful with explaining my benefits and other options. I believe I now have a new permanent vision service provider team! KUDOS!
Staff was great especially Mr. Jarvis and Mrs. Cynthia. Very thorough and walked me through my insurance options coverage getting me the best deal. Service with heart.
I had a great experience. I went in very stressed as my contacts were out and my glasses hadn't been changed in a few years. Dr. Dillard understood my concerns and made me happy that I could see again. Mrs. Linda was amazing and Cindy was very helpful in assisting me to pick new glasses. Thank you vision center team.
