Everyone was very polite and respectful. I really appreciate that. I will be sure to recommend your services to anyone that needs an optometrist. Dr Gordon was awesome. I liked his personality and knowledge. I felt comfortable and confident with him. I will be making him my permanent optometrist. Lynn was so sweet and fun helping me pick out my first pair of glasses. Dr. Gordon was informative and friendly. Glad I decided to go to this office and support a local practice.

Arrived early for my eye appointment was greeted with a good morning and a smile. Staff welcomed me and let me know that optometrist would be with me shortly. Check in was easy. Optometrist engaged with me was great with asking medical history.Dr. Gordon is the best optometrist. Dr. Gordon was very thorough in the eye examination. Most definitely will be coming back.

Lynn went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right set of glasses to fit me. She was excellent, honestly never had that kind of service before, aside from Dr Gordon. He's excellent.

I have been a patient at Lee County Optical for about three or four years now, and my experience has been exceptional every single time. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There is a young lady on the team who wears glasses and has beautiful locs who always helps me with my frames, and she is absolutely amazing. She consistently takes her time to help me find styles that fit my face and personality, and she makes sure everything is just right. Her level of customer service is top tier, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she serves. Dr. Eric Gordon is also personable and engaging, and we always end up laughing together during my visits which makes the experience feel comfortable and relaxed rather than clinical. Overall, it is always a great experience, and I highly recommend Lee County Optical to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.
