I just want to say thank you to the amazing doctors and staff at this office. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They make every patient feel comfortable, welcome, and valued. Excellent customer service means a lot to me, and this team consistently goes above and beyond. It's clear they truly care about their patients, and that makes all the difference. I sincerely appreciate everything you do. Thank you for providing such outstanding care and exceptional service!

They came highly recommended and I understand why. Everybody on the staff was fabulous. Very friendly and made me feel at ease and welcome. Dr. Moates was exceptional. She spent a lot of time explaining my condition and options for treatment. I’m really glad I came.

We had a great experience at Regional Eye Center. We spoke to Kim at the front desk and she got us in to see the lens department and the doctor. She was very friendly and welcoming. She explained the process well, making the visit less stressful. All the staff were very nice. Dr. Mixon is a great doctor. He is really good with children. We are so glad we chose this practice.

First, when I called to ask a question prior to coming in, the lady at the front, Kim, was so pleasant and helpful! That was a nice change from what I usually encounter in this day in time. While waiting in the lobby, a VERY RUDE customer came in complaining about the other location / billing from the moment she stepped in the front door! (Not waiting until "her turn" and interrupting another patient, mind you.) She was not only rude to the employee, but rude to other customers by doing so. Kim remained professional, pleasant and calm the entire time. The customer "tried" to upset the employee as she walked out by continuing to complain, but Kim didn't allow herself to respond or react the way many would have today. Good job, Kim!!! It was good to see an employee handle the situation as you did! I wish there were more employees working with the public that showed that level of professionalism!!!
