Made an appointment. Morning of the appointment, got a call asking if I had metal in my eye, if so, didn't have the metal extraction tool. Told them I didn't have metal in my eye, so they said the optometrist was only there once a week so if I had an infection in my eye, he wouldn't be available if there was an issue with the eye drops. Seems the optometrist simply didn't want to have appointments. They won't have to deal with any appointments with me.

I love coming to this vision center, the staff is so friendly & helpful. They repaired my glasses and never charged me a dime. When I'm ready to order new glasses, it'll be from this store. Because they made me feel like they cared.

Got glasses there last year. Within two months they were scratched up. Was told that my $150 lenses didn't come with any sort of baseline coverage. (I have super bad vision). Also, apparently cleaning your glasses on your shirt occasionally voids any return policy. Went back to my old pair, haven't been back since.

Poor customer service by phone because no one ever answers I live 12 miles away, and I can drive over there before someone will answer I call to get information so I won't make a blank trip
