Walmart Vision Center

I have been incredibly impressed with the employees and with the service I received here. I've been here twice. Both visits were walk-ins. [I should mention here that despite absolutely requiring my glasses to function at any level in the world I can be shockingly careless with them. The relevance of this will be immediately apparent.] So anyway, the first visit was to do various levels of repair to my primary pain of glasses (the ones I rely on most), my backup pair, AND my backup's backup (glasses of last resort). The service I received was fast and very friendly. She fixed my glasses and if there was any judgement about a middle aged lady showing up with her very necessary eyewear in such a state she remained entirely professional and kept it to herself. My second visit, roughly two months later, I was again greeted immediately when I approached the vision center by a different -- but equally professional and friendly -- employee. I was quite relieved to have a different person helping me as I once more needed various repairs to the same three pairs of glasses. Again the lack of a judge-y vibe was SO welcome. So: my experience so far with this Vision Center has been pretty great. Also they have super reasonable prices. I don't have vision coverage so that is one of my biggest concerns whenever I need vision-related services. If you need eyewear it's worth considering

Joseph was great! He helped me fix my glasses free of charge. He was so friendly and so quick to help. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Thanks Joseph :)

Both Grace and Jaz are SO helpful and kind at the vision center!! Made the chore of going to the eye doctor so much more enjoyable and pleasant!

The Vision Center Manager has really been working hard to bring the Kapolei Walmart Vision Center to the very top in the rankings. She's gone above and beyond to ensure that the Vision Center in her charge was able to reach the legendary status. First in their Market, first in their Region, and now first in the Company! It's through hard work, training, & dedication to the customer first of all. And that emphasis on serving the customers in their Market has been duly recognized by the Walmart Corporate officials. But, more importantly, We the customers are able to recognize it, simply by stopping in for our eye care needs. So, thank you, to the manager and to all the associates at Store 3883 Kapolei, Hawaii Vision Center!

Everyone at this vision center are super kind. Darlene/Darnell was very helpful! She was very patient also. I was able to pick my glasses and place my order same day. I was told it would take about 10 days to get my prescribed glasses but it was ready in 3-4 days. Love the atmosphere here. Would come again for all my vision care.
