Dr. Cotter is amazing, there was an older gal in today she seemed a bit newer, she was wonderful I just didn't quite catch her name she was really sweet and doing her best. My last couple of appointments were made pretty uncomfortable by Marisol, she's just mean and rude. To be a bit more descriptive she's just really condescending and standoffish. I get it they were busy and she was clearly frustrated by.. every little thing.. it's just hard to be around. There was a conversation my fiance heard between marisol and the lady, Marisol was saying they shouldn't accept any appointments until Tuesday because they were going to be shorthanded. The lady who helped us had said, " well we can't just not accept people?" Marisol was rude to other guests as well, she acts like she has 0 patience for anyone in the building When we arrived we got checked in super fast, and rather than her asking her coworker, " hey was that couple checked in?" She shouts at us " have you been helped?" because she doesn't have faith or respect in her coworker clearly. Because that's how she acted every single time she asked any question, how do you expect anyone to learn when you react like that to someone asking for help? Just so demotivating and I don't freakin work there lol :/ It's one thing to be rude, it's one thing to have a bad day. It's a totally different thing to be rude and take your day out on your coworker, and even getting snappy and snarky with guests. She just has an awful habit of talking down to people and it's super gross. I honestly even think she was rude to us because she was rude to us last time and probably remembered us which is ALSO bad lol I'm a pretty low maintenance guest so when someone gets weirdly hostile and pushy with me it's SUPER confusing lol, she was rude to us the last time about insurance and she just refused to listen to me. I get it, insurance changed their log in stuff, but I don't have that and wasn't told so I don't have it so we can't use it simple as that but she was just so gung ho on telling me I was wrong, like bruh I know, doesn't change that I don't have the info ! I just want to stress again, Dr. Cotter is always amazing and a great doc, the older lady was a little slow but was super sweet and very communicative while she waged war with the computer for us lol. But it was just so disheartening for every question she had to ask it felt like she was punished for it, to be fair the old man marisol had helped wasn't the kindest of daisies, i give her credit for that but she was awful to me and her coworker :c Overall it was a good experience thanks to the lady that helped us and Dr. Cotter :) It did take a little bit of time, but I would rather have it take time, then to rush through it and miss something!

Staff is amazing! Marisol helped me choose out a frame and got me 40% off the second pair! Bogo promo! Spent less than anywhere else.

While I normally don't do reviews, I felt that I should make an exception for the exceptional service I received by Dr. Cotter last year. He went above and beyond to help me with my very complex vision problems. I hadn't been wearing a contact in my weaker eye for years since another eye doctor in the past gave me the impression it wasn't worth spending the extra money on. Dr. Cotter didn't give up so easily and was determined to get me using my lazy eye (amblyopia) again, and I'm so glad that he did since now I can see better than I have in many years! I can't believe I've gone so long with my vision being so unbalanced. Dr. Cotter is very knowledgeable and good at what he does, and has very good bedside manner. He was very thorough, patient, and kind. He was definitely an answer to my prayers and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional eye doctor. His staff was also very nice when I picked out my glasses, especially the manager, Candace that has been so kind and helpful. Thanks so much and God bless you Dr. Cotter, Candace, and staff!

Ive been trying to pick up my sons glasses for weeks - every time i go to the store they are closed. Every time i call - NO ANSWER. the hours online are FALSE. This is the second time the frames have broke due to faulty hardware and my child has been without glasses, unable to see the entire time. THIS is how they let people know they wont be able to pick up their glasses - try updating online hours instead walmart .. that generally tends to irritate less customers who take time to drive there. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!

The staff is really friendly and efficient - all of them, with a special shoutout to Mariam. They gave me many options for my convenience when it came down to ordering and getting my contacts. The environment is pleasant and all the areas are clean. The Dr. is great, and explains what he’s doing why, and helped me find the right fit for contacts with no fuss. He’s also very pleasant and has great bedside manners. I highly recommend it.
