I had a very disappointing experience. I came in to pick up my glasses, but they were made incorrectly. When I asked them to fix the issue, they told me they could not redo them. I even showed them my receipt and asked to take my glasses with me, but they refused and said this was my old order. Very unprofessional service and poor customer care. I would not recommend this place I also want to add that there was a clear difference from what I requested. I specifically asked for the glasses not to be dark at all, but they made them much closer to sunglasses. There was absolutely no clarity when looking through them. The new glasses do not match my previous pair at all. Anyone can clearly see the difference. I ordered my old glasses from the same place and asked them to make the new ones exactly like the previous pair, but they did not. I have photos of my old order and the new one, as well as both reports to prove the difference.

I have to say, Justin is an asset to your company. He is patient, friendly, professional and made glasses shopping with my grandfather an experience that I won’t soon forget. I have been shopping at this wal mart for a very long time and have not once encountered someone as helpful as him. Keep up the great job Justin, you are appreciated!!! :)
Great experience! Dr. Hanin Ahman explained my prescription changes clearly & recommended a light, more breathable contact lens that’s perfect for my long computer work days. I truly feel like Dr. Ahman listened to my needs & customized the solution for my lifestyle. Also Kenitra helped to work with my Insurance. I highly recommend them both.
My recent visit was frustrating and disappointing. I went to collect a new pair of glasses that were supposed to match my previous order, but the final product was noticeably different from what I had requested. I was clear that I did not want any tint. However, the lenses I received were significantly darkened, much closer to sunglasses than standard clear lenses. Visibility through them was poor, and they lacked the clarity of my original pair. When I raised the issue, I expected a straightforward resolution. I presented my receipt and asked to take the pair with me, but I was informed that it was considered an old order and they would not release it. The handling of the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. My previous glasses were made at the same location, and I had specifically requested that this new pair be identical. The difference is obvious and does not reflect what was ordered.
They incorrectly gave me a wrong tint on my prescription glasses and did not want to correct their mistake.
