The new team is phenomenal. Such a great and good contrast to the horrible techs they use to have. Excellent service!

I came into the vision center today because I needed a replacement frame. Which I’ve gotten before from this location. I called first, the guy said to come in they would replace the frame no problem. I walked in there is a girl with a blondish brown wig on her phone not paying attention. Finally she asked me how she could help me. Told me she couldn’t sell me my frame. Or order my frame. I knew she was just lying because she was lazy and didn’t feel like doing work. Drove to another Walmart got my frame no problem in 5 minutes.Ashame It be our own people that don’t want to help us smh.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not bother going to this place at all. My wife had to wait nearly two months for her contacts and we are still waiting on our sons glasses. I do not recommend this place at all it’s not worth the headache. They tell you one day that it’ll be here and then that day comes and you still don’t have your items. My wife had to argue with them for days for them to call the lab to see where her contacts were.
I received timely, professional, and courteous service today from all of the vision staff who facilitated my recent appointment. Thank you Eric, Gina, and Dr. Awad for a job well done!
The woman who took care of my 7yr old daughter was intoxicated smelling like she just. Left the bar. She had the bright light in my baby’s eyes and would never tell the child to look away she was just not focused. Who shows up at work drunk in a Monday morning she should have called off. Discrimination
